OEM manufacturing from idea to realization
We serve you from your idea to realization. We usually start with 3D modeling, based on which we produce the initial prototypes. After the pilot production, we are ready for full-scale production.
For larger production runs, we are supported by our partners, such as in projects that require laser cutting, plasma cutting, or sheet metal processing. For painting, we have a powder coating line with washers, as well as a wet painting department.

Multicam flatbed routers:
Used for processing materials such as aluminum, aluminum composite, acrylic, and Viscom boards, sheet size: 2 x 3 meters.
Elumatec 5-axis profile machining center:
Used for machining aluminum and thin-walled steel profiles. All functions, including milling, drilling, tapping, thread milling, notching, and sawing, are performed with the profile bar in place to protect the profile surfaces. Maximum profile length: 7.3 meters.
Sasmetor powder coating line:
Capable of handling pieces with a maximum size of 2400 mm (height) x 6000 mm (length) x 600 mm (thickness).
In addition, necessary equipment such as aluminum welding machinery, saws, a sheet cutter suitable for sizes up to 2000mm x 3000mm, and a bending machine are also available.
Case iWall / CSE Entertainment
CSE Entertainment supplies active gaming products to over 50 countries. The most well-known product is the iWall active gaming wall. Previously, a significant portion of the product's parts and components were sourced from abroad. The partnership with Imagon enabled the consolidation of manufacturing in Petäisenniska, Kajaani. Imagon uses materials familiar from LED display boards in CSE products.
Through OEM contract manufacturing, CSE Entertainment is able to focus on its core function of game development. Imagon manufactures branded frames for the game displays and provides player sensors, cabling, electrical systems, platform wheels, and other necessary accessories.
CSE's product development has accelerated by approximately 70% with the utilization of Imagon's material and procurement expertise, professional product development team, and efficient production facilities suitable for assembly.
