As our client, you will be assigned a project manager at Imagon who will maintain close communication with you to ensure the best possible outcome. A successful project requires a positive attitude, listening to the customer, precise planning, and efficient use of resources. We believe it is important for all parties to be informed about the progress at all times.
QUOTATION
Your Imagon team will assess your needs. We will provide a quote that includes detailed information about the project scope, products, installation, costs, and other terms.
If necessary, we will involve our product development team to consider different solution options.
APPROVAL
Once you accept the offer, you will receive a detailed order confirmation. Your project manager will assist with any potential changes.
After approval, your Imagon team is ready for action. Everything is set for the next phase.
PRODUCTION
Your project manager will deliver the order to our production team, which will design and manufacture the products related to your order.
If needed, the project may include visualizations and research and development work. We often create a prototype, technical drawings, and perform strength calculations as well.
LOGISTICS
We conduct comprehensive quality checks on our products before shipping. Please contact us if you require storage facilities.
Our professionals pack the products according to our refined methods, after which the product is transported to your desired location at the designated time.
INSTALLATION
Your project manager will provide detailed information to our experienced installation team and communicate the installation schedule to you while keeping you updated.
We work in a clean, efficient, and safe manner, consulting with you as needed.
CONCLUSION
After the final inspection and approval of the project, your project manager will deliver the project documentation and any accompanying photographs. They will also send an invoice as per the agreement.
You will also gain access to our extranet, where we archive your project for any potential changes or additional deliveries.
