    1988 Arto Okkonen founds a company in Kajaani, Finland
    1994 The production of neon signage and advertisement begins
    2004 Kymppineon Oy expands to Sweden and buys the Swedish company Metro Ljusreklam AB
    2005 Kymppineon Oy becomes Imagon
    2008 Imagon won first big tender to Norway
    2009 Imagon is the first Scandinavian signage manufacturer that decides to use only LED technology
    2010 Imagon buys the Norwegian company Bannersystem AS
    2012 Imagon’s second factory, Tehas OÜ, is founded in Estonia
    2018 Seroprint Oy becomes a member of Imagon Group
