The client and partner register of Imagon Oy

Purpose of the data file

The personal data of client and partner companies are stored and processed to provide Imagon Oy’s services.

Data content of the file

The register may contain the following data related to the employees of Imagon Oy’s client and partner companies: name, work address, work telephone number, and email address.

Regular sources of data

The personal data of client and partner companies is collected for Imagon Oy’s data Processing systems.

The data is received from the contact personnel of the companies concerned.

Regular disclosure of data

Imagon Oy may disclose register data as permitted or required by applicable legislation.

Imagon is legally obligated to disclose business information to authorities based on legal requests for information.

Business information may be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, but only based on a written request and consent of the client. Agreed upon transfers of data outside the EU or EEA are performed in compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU concerning data exchange.

Principles of data protection

The entire personnel of Imagon Oy and third persons working on its behalf are obligated to maintain secrecy regarding all client and personal data of Imagon Oy.

Imagon Oy uses reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative means to protect the data contained in the client data register of Imagon Oy. The administration environment of the register is protected with user-specific IDs passwords, and access rights.

Right of access

The data subject has the right to access and request possible rectification to the data concerning them stored in Imagon Oy’s client data register.

The request for rectification must specify the business information that the requested rectification concerns and provide the name of the register that the request concerns. The request must be delivered by email to:
